Water filling redefined: Our innovative filling adapter for Bürstner, Weinsberg and Knaus motorhomes

 There are numerous reasons why it is advantageous to use a motorhome with a plug-in coupling to fill the water tank, rather than the usual method of hanging a hose directly into the tank.

Advantages:

Hygiene and cleanliness: If you insert a hose directly into the water tank, there is an increased risk of dirt and contamination. With a plug-in coupling, you can avoid direct contact between the hose and the tank, minimizing the risk of germs and dirt.

Speed ​​and convenience: Connecting a hose to a plug-in coupling is usually faster and more convenient than fiddling with a hose that has to be inserted into the tank.

Reduced risk of flooding: if the hose accidentally slips out of the tank, it can lead to unwanted flooding inside the vehicle. A plug-in coupling allows for more precise control of the water flow and minimizes the risk of water wastage and flooding.

Application:

To fill up the motorhome, proceed as follows:

1. Loosen the lid of the water tank and attach the overflow protection
2. Screw the filling adapter onto the tank and attach a standard garden hose with quick coupling
3. Now the filling process can begin
4. Filling adapter with ventilation holes: If there is overflow from the openings, turn off the water.   

Filling adapter without ventilation holes: If there is overflow from the motorhome tank ventilation, turn off the water.

ATTENTION: If you use the filling adapter without vent holes, another tank vent must be present and functioning, otherwise your tank system may burst!
